an I got no product. I sure would like to know how to get ahold of them!
I've even called their number, of course I get a automated voice telling
me all customers service rep's are busy now, please try later.!
And to think I had been a customer of theirs for 3 years now. Now thats
customer apperciation!

If you paid by credit card, which I hope you did, the credit card
company will take care of it. Contact them, it usually takes a couple
months, but they should come through.
