Just thought I would stop in and say hi. Been awhile. I am still low
carbing. I am down to 170 pounds. My original goal, 135. So not too
much further. I went off the WOE for a bit there. Gained a couple
pounds. Just really maintained the weight. I feel like I lost a few
pounds this past month. I did OK on Thanksgiving. I don't weigh
myself as often as before. Once a month. Catch up as much as I can. I
would like to get more strict, pick up the pace of weightloss. I think
the time I been away, just maintaining. My skin has really firmed up.
I walk still. I can walk further than before starting low carb. I feel
more light. I feel more alive than I have felt in a long time.

You've done really well! You're so close to 100 pounds off and you
must feel like a new person. It stands to reason that the last 35
pounds will be slower coming off - but don't give up and 'settle.'
Take your time and do it properly. Your body will thank you.

Hi Sunshyne,
Are you still swimming? Did your shoulder get better?
