Just checked Soy Sauce. The one I got is 3G carbs per 1tbsp. That's a bit
high for a flavor. Much as I love it.
I like the dark soy and have little use for the watered down stuff. I
suppose Teriyaki is worse with the sugar in it.
What to do...
Best Regards,

There are lots of soy sauces available that are low carb, like 1g,
sounds like the one you have has added sugar.

I don't know the carb count of the brand I use, but the ingredients
says:
water, soybeans, wheat, salt
The brand is Kikkoman. They are quite trustworthy - in that the
fermentation is conducted without using anything to speed it up like
some other brands do. The speeding up process can causes carcinogenic
substances to appear in the soy sauce. So go get yourself some
Kikkoman.

Try tamari.
"Regular" Soy sauce is brewed with wheat.
Tamari is a kind of premium soy sauce that is made
without wheat. It's more expensive, though.
