Low Carb 1-2-3
225 Simply Great 3-Ingredient Recipes
by Rozanne Gold with Helen Kimmel, M.S., R.D.

That post includes an excerpt which contained several 3-ingredient recipes
that are all LC and VERY easy to make - important for a guy like me - as I
only do simple when it comes to cooking. Well, I invited a date (a tall,
super-attractive, ex-fitness trainer & gym owner who runs 20-miles a week)
over last night for dinner before going to a concert and decided to try two
of the recipes. One I had to improvise because I could not find any
raspberries, so I used both strawberries and blueberries. It was a
wonderful LC dessert (see the original post for details). Also, the
parmesan-crusted pork tenderloins were great! I added a medley of roasted
veggies (cauliflower, red peppers, asparagus, tomatos) with pine nuts. A
glass of Merlot was the finish. It was a big hit with my guess. I never
even mentioned about the meal being LC.
I'm going to buy the book today. Hopefully, it is obvious that I have no
interest in promoting this beyond book being very happy with the results I
got even before I dropped a cent. I'll report again if my opinion changes
once I own it.
Thanks, Jane.

That sounds like a great book Roger.
Post a recipe or two when you get it.
I like simple recipes too. :-)

I'm *not* a bad person. I simply made the
mistake of getting involved with a *jack*ss*.
Is it a coincidence that he lives on a farm?

Imagine that! A little of the *right* knowledge is a powerful thing.
