I've used the Cake Flour Blend in cookies and cupcakes and the texture was perfect. The cookies had a VERY slight oaty flavour, but I don't consider that a problem. If anyone tries the Bread Flour Blend, please post how it worked out. As for onions, unless you're eating bushels of them you ought to be fine. He is being forged. Since it's being done in such an obvious way I used the trolling term. He's trying to get JC's goat. Again. It took me a bit, but I traced it back to someone who has popped in and out of ASDLC since '98. He'll probably disappear now that he's been uncovered. Funny that.
