Anyone have any idea how to make those Atkins Morning Start Breakfast
Bars. The chocolate ones are really good, but they are very expensive.
I paid about $7 for a box of 5. I'd love to try to make them myself.
I think I'll try experimenting, but anyone know about those soy nuggets
in there. Where to get that, or how to make it. They're apparently
made with Soy Protein Isolate and Tapioca Starch. What do they use to
make it all stick together (I guess marshmallow is out.) Any
suggestions would be helpful and if you tried to make these, I'd love
to hear about your experience.

Do you really think that chocolate bars will help you lose weight?

I've googled and googled. Here's a challenge. The first person who
finds me a recipe to make soy nuggets gets a free sample from my first
succesful batch of breakfast bars.
