Like chicken noodle soup? Will it stand up to the heat over a period
of time?

it stands up to being treated like pasta, so i don't see why
not...........................if it a quick chicken noodle soup,
squash added at the end just before serving.

Who wooda thunk it!!! Sound Woondava!! I'm going to try it when I get
back to solid foods. I used to make chicken alfredo and put it over the
spaghetti squash and it was good!!!
