Core Secret challenge

I'm dusting off that exercise ball my husband bought 2 years ago- I sat on
it one day. That's about it, but I can use the floor exercise.

I just bought the core secret 45 minute DVD on EBAY.   I can do this in the
living room, instead of surfing the web haha. I bought it- I'm committing to
using it.

This should be interesting- anyone use Core Secret videos?

Diane, I haven't used the 'Core Secret' videos, but have been attending core
training classes at my gym....Talk about results!  I've dropped 19lbs in 4
weeks, but more importantly, I feel really strong and graceful.  Stick with
it, I think you will like it.

You don't think that losing 19 pounds could be related to eating less?

No, but I love my exercise ball - I use it mostly as a bench for
weightlifting, but I do some ab exercises on it too, and it makes a big
difference. My kid thinks it's great too : )

I did a few crunches on the ball- I really need the video for a coach. I
have lots of weight equipment that my husband had gotten....we also find
weight sets all the time when people move. I don't have the self motivation
to lift weights- I need videos if I was even going to attempt it.

My workout room is in the basement- I don't want to spend too much time down
there- I felt like I was wasting the day alone, and got out and took the dog
for a hilly walk. This way I got to talk to people and she got a biscuit
from the market.

I'm on my way down there now- but it is instead of idle TV time.

Well, that's a cool way to exercise too : )

My workout room is in the living room, so I can watch TV or listen to the
radio whilst I'm weightlifting. I have a small corner behind the sofa where
my weights live, so I can just get them out at any time. I'm not a video
fan - I learn from books better - so I have a little library there too. It's
whatever works for you.

If you're watching T.V. while you lift weights, then you're not
accomplishing much.

Why?

Does it imply a lack of intensity in the exercise?
