My blood pressure is 130/80 at the Supermarket while I am sitting down and
relaxing. But doesn't blood pressure go up when a person starts activity
such as walking? And what happens to blood pressure with even more
strenuous activity? Doesn't it always get higher? And if it does wouldn't it
make some exercising dangerous?

Yes...it does go up with exercise. Some forms of exercise (like,
weightlifting), can result in very high temporary spikes in blood pressures
during the exercise (systolic pressures above 350). It's also higher when
walking, standing, etc.
This web page discusses blood pressure vs. weightlifting:

As for exercise being "dangerous" - unless one has cardiovascular disease I
doubt it. The standard blood pressure measurement protocol requires sitting
quietly for 5 minutes - this gets a standard baseline measurement. But,
just because it's higher when you're active, doesn't mean that it's
dangerous.

That was very informative. Thank you very much!

Yes it varies constantly depending on many factors. It's supposed to go
up, and then down again hopefully.

Blood-pressure testing machines at supermarkets are notoriously incorrect
due to children playing on them constantly and overuse without being
properly calibrated. If you are wondering, buy a blood pressure cuff and
test your blood pressure at home.
