Need some input on a good workout.
I joined the gym this week and started swimming for 20 minutes non-stop.
(today is day 4) That is all I can do at this time. Im sure my strength
will build. I go each day.
I need a good routine (non Impact for swimming and non swimming)) and
amount of time I should spend and how many day a week to go.
Also in conjunction I low carb but my intake Qty is too high.
I do not gain or lose. I hover at the same 193-196. (6 ft)
A few months ago I tried to restart induction but find it very hard. So
I just maintain a low carb style of living.
Apparently I must be eating exactly the right amount not to gain or lose
so if I cut something I would lose. BUT and here is the BUT. When I cut
I go back to getting hungry and waking up at midnight and looking for
snacks. I was finally able to cut the midnight eating but now I just
want to lose 10 pound to get to that magical 185 number....
I know it is my blood sugar dropping at midnight.... so I am looking for
any suggestions....

If you want to get down to 185, you need to eat less.

try eating several smaller meals and taper your food intake slowly...
getting hungry is not necessarily due to your blood sugar dropping...you
just migth be...hungry...
are you diabetic? what makes you associate this with being hungry?
do you count calories? I think you should be lifting weights, too.
