I'm back after a loooong absence.  Glad to see some familiar names and
also some new ones.  Wonderful to read about everyone's success!

Me---well, I've been kind of taking a break the last few months, and I'm
 happy to report that even though I gained a few while I was away, I'm
just about back down to where I ended.  It was a needed experiment into
the world of maintenance.

I'm going back at it hard now, but I've switched over to a South Beach
lifestyle from my beginnings with Atkins.  I'm also counting calories
AND watching my carbs, using my Fitday program to keep me straight.

It's great to be back!

Great to see you back Linda!  I was wondering what happened to you.  I
haven't been posting lately, but I still read everyday.  Glad you are back
at it and continued success to you!  Welcome back.
