Has anyone used LA Weight Loss to lose weight and not used the LA
Lites? If so, did you still lose weight?

My step daughter lost weight but switched to WW as LAWL was too expensive.
She's still losing weight.  Over 20 lbs in 3 months.  I'm on low-carb WW but
after 8 weeks seem to have hit a month long plateau.  :(

Thanks for the reply. But did your daughter use the la lite bars that
they push on you to use for the program?

Yes, I believe she did use them.  I can't recall if she liked them to not.
Her main complaints were that LAWL was too restrictive and too expensive.
Atkins didn't appeal to her as she's not much of a meat eater.  Her husband
is some kind of vegetarian although he'll eat eggs and fish.

Plenty of people have lost weight without using LA Lite bars.

Susan,

I've lost over 50 lbs through L.A. Weight Loss without taking the L.A.
Lites during the last 4 months.  You can lose weight without taking the bars.
I know they are expensive.  You can substitute Atkins bars like I did.  I
started the program taking them and couldn't afford them after a few months.
That's when I did the research and found the Atkins bars to be very similar
to the LA Lites.  I hoped I've helped you with your question.
