Well, not really, but I am very full of myself this morning.  Fitday reports
a month average of 2.7 pounds per week.

Phase 3 of my dieting does not allow dining out, which was a profound
challenge yesterday.  I went to the Gilroy Garlic Festival.  I was
surrounded by booths of garlicky foods, and friends who kept reminding me
that it was low carb.  *My* food was in a belt pouch of Laughing Cow cheese
pods and a small bottle of water.  I had one pod per hour making a total of
3 ounces of cheese for the outing.  (I paid $3 for a Diet Pepsi....)

Friday evening my friends were dining out at my favorite restaurant, which
is even quite close to home.  I did not attend.

Quite amazing progress so far into your weight loss. I'm absolutely
impressed.
