Starbucks tells you exactly what their recipes are.
Without an espresso machine to express the coffee
and foam the milk, what you'll end up with is a
substitute. You could get an expensive machine
or an inexpensive gadget. Needless to say the
more the automation the more the cost.
Is it a substitute that you're looking for?

disolve some vanilla protein shake in just enough water to get the lumps
out, then add to scorching hot plunger or perculated coffee and mix with a
stick blender until frothy.

The original frap can be approximated with the following.
If you wanna go LC, the coffee is fine. Sub the sugar out with your
sweetener of choice (I'd go 2T of Splenda), replace milk with Hood's LC
Milk Sub or Half and Half. Whipped Cream can be made w/o sugar (in some
opinions it is better that way).
I would use three pumps of DaVinci Caramel or Chocolate to make the
Caramel or Mocha versions. I would probably add a pump of Vanilla to
either of those as well.
Enjoy.

Recipe from Top Secret Drink Recipes

COFFEE
* 3/4 cup double-strength coffee, cold
* 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1 cup low-fat milk
* 2 cups ice
1. Make double-strength coffee by brewing with twice the coffee
required by your coffee maker: That should be 2 tablespoons of ground
coffee per each cup of coffee. Chill before using.
2. To make drink, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on
high speed until ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Pour into two
16-ounce glasses, and serve with a straw.
Makes 2 "Grande" Drinks
CARAMEL
For this version, add 3 tablespoons of caramel topping to the
original recipe and prepare as described. Top each glass with whipped
cream and drizzle additional caramel over the whipped cream.
MOCHA
For this version, add 3 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup to
the original recipe and prepare as described. Top each glass with
whipped cream, if desired."

If you are serious about losing weight, you might want to have a look at
the nutritional information for a Starbucks latte. It's an eye opener.
You were adding the nutritional equivalent of a milkshake to your diet
every time you drank one--while imagining, if you are like most people
that they were "just coffee" and thus not a big nutritional hit .
Training yourself to drink regular coffee with cream instead of these
coffee milkshakes will pay dividends later on when you've reached your
weight goal. In fact, the best favor you can do for yourself to ensure
that the weight you lose during the diet phase stays off after you reach
your goal, is to examine the mindless high-calorie foods you used to eat
and train yourself to NEVER eat them again, no matter what you weigh.
