Successful low carb dressing...

Used the usual ingredients, sausage, shallots, onion, garlic, sliced
mushrooms, chopped celery, a selection of fresh herbs from the herb
garden, (basil, dittany, sage, curry, thyme, rosemary), but in place of
bread or cornbread, I tossed a large can of drained, shredded bamboo
shoots into the food processer and made a fine chopped meal of them, and
added that.

It was very, VERY good and the texture passed the family member test. ;-)

As a low carber I have found that putting on a shirt first followed by
pants and shoes to be the most successful way to dress ...
