1. When you have finished your meal, say an affirmation out loud
several times. Here's some suggestions: "I've now finished eating
till lunch/dinner/6.00 pm." (whatever is suitable given the
circumstances) or "I have eaten enough food to last me till ...."
or "I'm full and do not need to eat till ..." Experiment to find
the format that's right for you, and then say it with conviction
several times preferably out loud at the end of the meal.

Sounds like somebody with a food obsession. ;-)

I only eat when I'm hungry (twice per day usually) and will not eat at
all if I'm too busy.

Once food loses it's "hold" over you and you stop obsessing about when
your next meal is going to be, weight loss is much easier.

Haven't you been stalled for quite some time?

Not since about a month ago. :-)
I've dropped another 10 lb.s...

It was a matter of really cutting the calories and now that I'm eating
mostly chicken breasts, food is not very interesting. <G>

That's pretty good.   Are you / were you doing a PSMF?

On and off... ;-)
It's hard during the holidays even tho' I'm not tempted by the sweets.

At least I kept T-day low carb, except for that 1/2 of a yam.

I'll have to remember that bamboo shoot trick. Those make a good filler
when minced.
