I read a lot here and respect some people and there knowledge, one is
rodger Zoul (did I get that right)  a lot of his posts are really
great, so whats your verdict  How about this raw food thing???  Or all
that fruit would really not be a low carb diet???  Lets  see what
others say.

:)

Thanks.

I'm a LCer for ever.  I don't see myself eating raw meat as a rule.  I like
it with at least some heat applied :)  Same with fish and poultry.  God
invented fire for a reason. :)

As for this diet, I don't know anything about it.  I did read the posts my
CM, but I didn't follow the links and probably won't (I'm a firm LCer, after
all).

I do enjoy many veggies raw (moreso than cooked a lot of the time)...and I
enjoy LC fruits raw.  I can't see going back to HC fruits just because they
generally eaten raw.

Keep in mind that many here on usenet, in diet ng especially, border on
being some form of "food nazi," so you gotta be careful of what you read and
believe.  Usenet/internet harbors the extreme well.

So, let's do see what others think.....
