No one is going to go on a diet to lose weight until they are really
ready to. It's something one has to be commited to doing. There are no
magic weight loss pills. Exercise alone wont do it. You have to be
commited to the plan and stick with it. Face it,  dieting is not easy.
It took a long time to put on all the extra weight and when you go on a
diet and don't start seeing immediate results it's disheartening. But
what generally happens is no immediate  results means that you don't
continue with the diet.

So when my sister in law told us about this fantastic new diet she was
starting about 8 months ago, I said to myself "here we go again." But
then we saw just before Thanksgiving and she had lost 40 pounds in 6
months and looked absolutely fantastic.

The Wife and I both started on the diet in December and now a month
later I have lost over 20lbs and the wife 18lbs....Immediate results!

The diet is called the Far Flush Plan. You may have heard of it...It
works. it is not the easiest diet around. It cuts out salt and sugar,
all processed, dairy (except eggs)  and refined food. Very low on carbs
to begin with. Big on veggies, lean meat, fish and fruit.

Anyway if you are truly interested in losing some weight and are ready
to get serious about it, dont take my word for it. go to this web page.

check it out, look at the forum, talk with the folks there.  Or send me
an email.

Looks like SPAM to me!

BTW, does anybody here eat the stuff?

According to http://www.cusd.claremont.edu/~mrosenbl/spamfacts.html, a
2 oz serving of spam has 0 carbs.  Hence, spam is low-carb.

Of course the Fat Flush plan works, it is tons of vitamins and some
kind of mixture of Epson salts and other stuff.  Being a bulemic, I
know that is the same as EX LAX.  Gets it moving out. Thanks, I'll
stick to Atkins.

Obvioiusly YOU don't know anything at all about the Fat Flush program
but find it convenient to criticize
something that you are totally ignorant of.

My only connection to The Fat Flush program is that it has worked for
me and worked very well. I posted the
OP in the hopes that it might help out someone else.

I don't knock other peoples diet programs...Only very petty people do
things like that.

Your original post reads like a typical marketing "testimonial." And
this "plan" you provided a link to looks like the kind of diet gimmicks
most of us here are quite familiar with.
