My latest HbA1c

... is 5.1!

Not bad considering that two years ago I was diagnosed as diabetic when my
HbA1c was 9.0, and I have taken no meds for it at all.  I've simply
restricted carbohydrates.  My new doctor doesn't even believe that I'm
diabetic, he thinks there must have been a mistake in the first test.  <g>
