That's what I use, although I use the paid version (one-time fee -- I think
it was about $29.00) because I like to keep the data on my own PC. Anyway,
it monitors nutritional data, weight, exercise, etc. and is very easy to
use.

Fitday is good. If I was going to use one, it would probably be the
one at http://www.lowcarber.ca , called My P.L.A.N. It is in beta, but
is free and actually works pretty well, allowing input of personal
foods, recipes, etc. I actually like that site very well, lots and
lots of good info there.

I also use the downloaded version; it has exrta features that are nice and
it's so convenient.
