Recently my wife was diagnosed as being 'insulin resistant'.  She
has been a member of Weight Watchers and uses their online Point Tracker.
So I set up an online carbohydrate tracker for her.
For anyone who is interested, I will set up and host your own online
CarbTrackr for (USD) $35.00/year.  A demo version of the CarbTrackr is at
http://www.tomcatt2.com/offers/carbtrackr/

Thank you for your time,

for free.

That's what I use, although I use the paid version (one-time fee -- I think
it was about $29.00) because I like to keep the data on my own PC.  Anyway,
it monitors nutritional data, weight, exercise, etc. and is very easy to
use.

Fitday is good. If I was going to use one, it would probably be the
one at http://www.lowcarber.ca , called My P.L.A.N. It is in beta, but
is free and actually works pretty well, allowing input of personal
foods, recipes, etc. I actually like that site very well, lots and
lots of good info there.

That sounds interesting.  I just checked and could only get a "site under
construction" and "please come back later" message right now, but I'll try
later.  Thanks for posting the link.

I also use the downloaded version; it has exrta features that are nice and
it's so convenient.
