I go away for a few weeks and when I get back I find that this little
community has acquired its very own village idiot - John Gohde, aka
Mr-Naturally-Clueless.

The entire scientific/medical research world has finally agreed that too
many carbs, primarily from grains and sugar, is what is causing the obesity
epidemic and here he is, own own little King Canute, trying to hold back the
tide.

And isn't he a classic little troll, so quick to respond with childish abuse
and ad hominem attacks whenever he is proved to be wrong, barely articulate,
semi-literate and totally unable to debate. He should be good for many weeks
of entertainment. Wherever did you find him?

Is he fair game for all comers or the private property of the poster that
lured him here? He certainly is a classic, his website is huge morass of
barely comprehensible misinformation, misinterpretation and personal bias,
with some of the most appalling grammar and sentence (de)construction I've
ever seen on website. It is almost fun to try to decipher - to figure out
what he is trying to say. He should get someone who has at least completed a
high school education to edit it for him.
