QUESTION about Omega 3-6-9

I am adding this vitamin to my daily routine. Anyone with any guidance
on the better of the two?

Most americans get a.s loads of omega 6 in their diet. Find the
supplement that has the highest ratio of omega 3 in it, other than
that...who knows.
