4 years ago, after induction, these helped me stay woth the LC WoE. Now, JC
would say that tortillas aren't low carb, but these really aren't
torltillas, just a mix of whole grain and a binder that makes a GREAT shell
for just about anything!  Sausage, egg and cheese for breakfast, ground beef
and chili powder, lettuce, cheese and sourcream for lunch and anything else
would  have used to eat with bread or pitas.

I've tried those, but didn't care for them.  They seem kinda gritty to
me, but others swear by them.  I just make a taco salad when my Other
Half has tacos.

For hard shells I like Albertson's brand shells.

For a flour shell I like Mission"Carb Balance" Taco shells, 5 carbs for the
small ones. I toss them in the George Forman and they get a nice crunch to
them, which is what I miss mostly anyways. YMMV

I haven't tried these, but they look good. Guess I'll have to buy some and
find out.  lol

Baked, they also make great pizza crusts.  Cut into squares, then
baked, they make excellent chips.   To make seasoned chips, put some
chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayene pepper, and salt in a
plastic container.  Cut the tortillas into squares, put them in the
container and shake.   Then bake.   I use LC flatbread for this that
work better, because they are square.    Also, if you want seasoned
chips, it helps to freeze the tortillas first, as that condenses the
moisture, makes them slightly moist, so the seasoning mix sticks to
them .

As always, make sure the carbs fit into whatever phase you are in and
use in moderation!

I use them this way to make Taco Pizza, which seems more satisfying
than regular tacos.
