I invented this last night and it was pretty good.

1 large pack of frozen Italian green beans (flat ones)
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 TB olive oil
2 oz cream cheese

Put veggies in colander and run hot water over them to thaw.  Fry
garlic in oil until fragrant, then add beans.  Saute for about 5
minutes, then add cream cheese and stir until melted.

Now THAT sounds good!  I have all these things; sounds like dinner
tonight!

I do this with freshly grated Parmesan. A little oregano/thyme is good too
and some black pepper are good too.

I have a recipe that I found on a website once where you add ground
beef to the beans and cream cheese, put it in a casserole dish, put
mozerella cheese on top and bake it.  It is one of my wife's favorites.
