Hi All, Just had to toot my hubbies horn for him. He is down his first 100 pounds this morning! 348 to 248! Here's a pic of him in the included link and its exactly how he felt. He then trotted out the door and off he went to work on his bicycle. Roger: He got himself a brand new pair of size large Bellwether padded biking shorts. They were even new with the tag at Goodwill last week for $1.99. Incredible huh?? After all the years of hating myself and truly looking awful it is slowly starting to settle in I look ok now. Larry always says something sweet to me everyday like: " On the Cute Scale of 1 to 10, You rate a #12 today ." I have been married to the man for 11 years and still wanna scream "Shut Up, I Do Not". I am starting to like myself, be gracious, and take people for their word when it comes to a compliment and say "Thank you" instead. So for good therapy purposes I will say: "Thank you Roger".
