There's a new cookie on the market that claims to reduce cholesterol by
as much as 80 points. Right direction chocolate chip cookies contain
fiber and plant sterols know to lower total cholesterol and ldl, the so
called bad cholesterol. Each cookie contains five grams of fiber, four
of them soluble, and 160 calories. The cookies were developed by two
registered
