Hi everyone.

Okay... I have tried every diet.  I mean EVERY DIET.  The last one was
Atkins but for the life of me I couldnt' stay on it long enough to lose
anything.  Damned ketosis!  At least I blamed that for a long time.

Anyway, I finally found a low carb diet that works for me.  Like I
said... 22 pounds in the first month!  And the only thing that pisses
me off is I didn't find it sooner.

I hear no talk of this diet anywhere.  I guess it's not very well known
yet.  Basically it's the best of all the other diets and it really put
me into ketosis fast and I stayed there even when cheating a little.

You can read about it at www.fasteasyfatburnerdiet.com

Those laxatives really worked eh?

I guess that you are feeling rather light-headed now.

David

And there are no laxatives involved.  I lost the weight through diet
and a little exercise.

And if there's a god in heaven, it never will be.  Ordinarily I only
bother to report spammers when they infest my favorite ngs, not the ones
I just read casually.  However, this load of crap was so irritating I'm
reporting it anyway.

I hope nobody here minds too much.

Reporting what?  It wasn't spam... and it totally on topic.  It's a
different low carb method.  Why so angry?  I was just sharing.

She's upset because what you're doing is against the Usenet Code of
Conduct, and is classic spam.  "Sharing" is sharing recipes, diet
tips, ideas.  All of which are free.  What you are "sharing" is a
commercial website geared towards selling a product, which is the very
definition of usenet spam.

To me, the description sounds like a knock off of the Michael Thurmond
6 week body makeover, but then I won't waste the money to find out.
