I snaped and just ate 29 ounces of 97% fat free beef. Now I feel
satisfied but now concerned. I looked online and thats 2200
calories. am I going get sick and lose ketosis?

2 pounds of *what* is 7000 calories? 2 pounds of water is zero
calories. 2 pounds of lard contains 8181 kcals. 2 pounds of roasted
'possum contains 2004 kcals. Gotta be specific or people might get all
confuzzled and stuff...

It'd be a good idea to try and figure out what allowed you to snap and
take steps to fix it. What's done is done, so getting focused on
losing ketosis is pointless now. Work on habits for the long haul.
:-) Lean ground beef is a good choice - just not mondo amounts.

I know that stuffing myself with that much would make ME sick, but I
doubt you will lose ketosis. <lol>
Oink oink dear!
Just eat less tomorrow to make up for it...
Oh, and your gonna need some fiber to push that thru.
Eat a bit green leafy salad or something.
My limit on food is 10 to 16 oz. depending on the item. I can eat more
shrimp than beef. I can only eat about 10 oz. of beef before I get
stuffed.

WTF I woke up this morning feeling a bit thinner around the waste, I
weighed myself and I lost 3 pounds... I dont think it could be all
water weight I drank like 4 litres of water after all that beef. I
never lost that much weight in 8 hours before..

Your body probably burned a hell of alot of fat to get the carbs
necessary to fuel the process of processing all that meat!
