Hi- I am having Mother's Day brunch here on saturday. My husband and I are
LC, I am on induction he is not.

I am trying to plan a menu that will make everyone happy but am not even
really sure what one needs to serve at a brunch LOL In the past I've done
bagels, fruit and eggs-to-order or Quiche, and maybe sausge made ahead of
time. It's not really a Mimosa crowd so I am not even serving alcoholic
drinks.

Planning to do Deviled Eggs, 2 Quiche (one with crust for them, one without
for us) and then I am at a loss. There will be 8 adults (includes us) and my
2 kids.  I don't really want to cook while they are here. Just I just add
some bagels & cream cheese forth non-LC crowd? I was thinking Belgian
Waffles with fruit and whipped cream but that will be a big temptation since
i can't even eat the fruit on induction.

Please help if you can - I need to shop for the food tonight because
tomorrow we have DS's soccer game then Bowling Birthday Party LOL - I may be
up the creak!!

Google up some recipes for crustless quiches, frittatas and eggs cooked
in ham cups.

Have cut up fruit for the non LC crowd and for plate garnishes.

Okaaaay, yeah, that could get redundant.

How about smoked fish and whole kernel rye with creme fraiche and
capers?  Or buy some bagels, but cut them into little melba toast sized
rounds, put cream cheese or creme fraish, smoked salmon, on them?

Have you checked out lowcarbluxury.com for brunch recipes?
