Hi. Does anyone on this list know what the Cottage Cheese diet, which
was popular a few decades ago, consisted of ?
I have been searching on the Internet for informatin regarding it but
without success so far.
Did anyone on this list ever follow it ? If you did, can you give me an
outline of the plan ?
I know that it is unbalanced etc. already, so need to point this out to
me. All that I am looking for it the diet outline if anyone has it or if
anyone remembers it.

Hey, well mostly its:
Peaches and Cottage cheese
or
Grapefruit and Cottage cheese
and from what i heard you lose a minimum of 7 pounds in about 3 days!!
i hope its fro real because i just got a container and i cant stand the
stuff!!
