Larry brought home a bunch of it from some fisherman who had a gobof it
growing. What can Ido with it? Stew it with Splenda? Can you stew it
with strawberries? I dunno........ Does it thicken up by itself or do I
add xanthum gum?
TIA, Laureen

Rhubarb pies, rhubarb cobblers, more rhubarb stuff than I can imagine.

Mmmmm rhubarb.... don't add extra water, let it cook in its own juices or at
most a teaspoon of water. Add Splenda to taste. I add raw strawbs to the mix
whilst it's hot then remove from the heat. Rhuberry crumble is so yum...
It's a veggie, you know, not a fruit, so nicely low in carbs.

Mmmm, I love it! I string it, like celery, then mix with halved
strawberries, some xanthan gum, lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener (I
use erythritol) and bake it as a cobbler with chopped nuts, some LC
granola on top sprayed with Pam or dotted with butter.
