YES.

Yes.  On Atkins they are generally OK.  Atkins warned that Aspartame
could inhibit weight loss in some people, so it's not the preferred
one.  However, there are lots of us that use that too with no problems.

It worked for me, but many folk claim a variety of problems doing that.
