I actually had the weight loss during April in about 2 weeks.  I'm not
really trying to lose yet,
if that makes any sense.  I was just trying to start eating again,
without putting weight back
on.  No sugar, sugary soft drinks, flour, starches or anything high
gycemic since March.

She's in recovery from a brown recluse bite (that was the source of the
40 pound loss in April - mentioned in another post).  I take it she'd
like to sort of "get her feet under her" before progressing to weight
loss.

Because I lost that 40 lbs when i was bitten by a brown recluse, spent
weeks with 104 fever, a month bedridden, and another month barely able
to walk. I figure that my body should reach some kind of
equilibrium--EVEN though when I was able to eat again, I have been on
Atkins woe.  The point is that a loss of 40 lbs during a couple of
weeks literally from sickness and starvation is NOT healthy weight
loss, nor is it a weight loss one could maintain.  So it would be
unreasonable for me to expect to continue losing without a hitch.
Every day  I am able to eat and NOT gain is essentially still weight
loss.
