For me, that would include anything that encourages me to sit and
graze....like trail mix or even mixed nuts....  Anything that I can pick up
in my hands and eat without thinking about it. I have to stay away from
those foods!

For sure those kinds of foods, and those microwave pork rinds are right
at the top with me.

For me, Bread and anything involving wheat flour.

I gain weight rapidly if I indulge in even a small amount!

And it's not water weight.

Not all "graze" foods are bad.  I personally enjoy a bag of unshelled
sunflower seeds.  I'm not sure off the top of my head what the carb count is
for sunflowers seeds, but I now it's very low.  Also I believe mixed nuts in
moderation are good for a low carb diet.

I'm a seedy and nutty kind of guy - lol!

Next to macadamia nuts, I understand that pumpkin seeds are supposed to
make for excellent low carb grazing.

My current problem with pumpkin seeds is that I love the texture, the
crunch, and the taste--BUT they are found in a trail mix that also includes
dried cranberries and dried pineapples. Maybe I should seek out just a bag
of plain pumpkin seeds.  And, I didn't say graze foods were "bad." Just the
opposite. I love 'em and tend to overdo....

David ( the people who sell sunflower seeds) nut brand sells them in
individual bags that you have to crack yourself. I love them but have
to watch nuts due to the fat and calories. I have been eating Hampton
Farms Chili limon peanuts and have had to limit myself to one small
shot glass full and thats all. Its a great way to measure nuts. I then
pace myself and eat one at a time.
