Does anybody know about the carb count in the various pills they take?
I'm trying to stay  in induction and I take a multi vitamin but would
like to take glucosamine, calcium and garlic pills.
Don't know if these have carbs in the binders or not.
Anybody know about this?
thanks,

As long as there isn't any starch in the filler go ahead and count
them as zero.

Given that the name of the next phase is "Ongoing Weight Loss",
why?  Don't you want ongoing weight loss?  Please don't view
low carbing as a fad diet.

Good plan.

That depends on the brands so you need to read the labels.

It's a bad idea to list a date in the future with a weight on it.  Our
bodies don't do stuff simply because we want them to.  That's a
road to self imposed frustration.  What you can control is yourt
behavior.  Set it as a goal that on August 31st you will still be
on the plan and you aren't setting yourself up for frustration.
