Can I use Whey Protein in recipes instead of  Soy Protein?  I just got
Sharon Long's Low Carb recipe book (sorry, Dana! I thought it was YOUR'S!)
and she asks for soy protein powder in almost every recipe.  Then I read
where soy isn't very good for you and it can cause thyroid probs, so I want
to eliminate all soy (other than soy sauce) in my recipes.

Thanks!
Lori

Yup. I find no difference at all.

Nicky.
