The secret to losing weight is just cut down on what you eat and do
more exercises the more you sweat the more weight you will lose you can
do it if you put yur minfd to it

No. Thats no secret. That´s doing it the hard way. If you want to do
it smart and easy you change over to low-carb.
Bred gives you heartproblems and diabetes in the long run. Potatoes
and pasta makes you fat. That  people knew 50-100 years ago.
Eating low carb helps keep your insulin on a low level. Thats good
because high levels of insulin make you build in fat.
Without insulin you can´t get fatty.

You put fat in - out goes fat.

And an alcoholic can simply reduce (but not stop) their drinking
if they put there mind to it.  Right.  Sure thing.  But it does show
how much idiocy there is out there.  Thanks for playing.
