So why keep changing names?

I keep blocking this Chung guy's posts, but he keeps changing his name and
reposting. So....that means that he KNOWS his posts are irritating and
people don't want to see them or read them and yet he keeps trying to trick
people into reading them. This isn't very "Christian" of him, is it? One of
those cases of "do as I say, not as I do" it seems to me.

I've found nothing sincerely Christian at all.

He uses his "faith" as a shield for multiple personal abuses.

Sincerrity is the most important thing. Once you can fake that, you've
got it made.

There is a President who pulls somewhat the same game. Internationally,
he is privately questioned for his "overt religosity driving his
decisions" which some consider inappropriate.

Changing names to avoid killfiles is called nym-shifting. It is an
offence that gets accounts cancelled. Each time he does it feel
feel to enter a complaint again.

In his case I think the reason he shifts is he gets enough complaints
that his accounts get cancelled regularly.

Please forgive the ignorance of my question, but to whom does one
report him to?

I ask because I would certainly love to be amongst those that are
trying to make it more difficult for him to pull this sh.t.

It can't be done permanently, but it can be done enough to
annoy him for a change.

He's been dumped by several ISPs. Been dumped by tinyurl.com
and snipthis.com. Google has dumped some (many?) of his
archived posts. He's been inconvenienced a few times, but
nowhere near what he's done to others.

I'd suggest complaining to the Georgia Composite State Board
of Medical Examiners about his erratic and unprofessional
behavior. Click on "File a complaint." They know Chung already.

Show the full headers of a post. Look for a line that offers an
e-mail address or web page to register a complaint. Check the
path line and NNTP posting host line to see if the complaint line
has been changed.

The less you complain the more it's heeded. Complain often and
you're viewed as a complainer and ignored. I try to stay around one
per week and there are posters so much worse than Chung on
some other groups I rarely bother with Chung. Also each NSP/ISP
has a different policy for complaints. Google goes through phases
of completely ignoring complaints to taking hundreds to get an
account pulled for example. The problem is there are free accounts
available so getting an account pulled means a new registration so
there's no possibility of matching the effort it takes to post his
trash.

I use Forte Agent as my newsgroup reader; it has the great feature of
being capable of blocking any posts that are crossposted to more than
one newsgroup. Since Chung -- being the retarded loser that he is
(no offense to retarded people) --ALWAYS posts to multiple NG's,
this works beautifully. I haven't seen one of his posts in ages.

You can also KF using the name only, not the email address. He can
change his email address all he wants, but as long as he's using the
same name, I'm not bothered by him.
