Hi all,
I've found when in ketosis, it caused a unpleasant taste and bad
breath....and I was wondering, does anyone know what happened to SMINTS?
They were the best for this, and had 0 carbs.
It seemed they disappeared off the shelves everywhere, never to be
found again.
Can anyone recommend an equivalent?
Thanks, Cindy

Drink more water, it dilutes the ketones and flushes them out of your body.

I've heard that eating a lot of spinach will do the same.

Yeah? When have I ever used such bad English, or said a scatological term?
And then there is you, who evidently does not know how to use proper English
either....Please tell me you are one of those English as a Second Language
people.

Her grammar was an embarrassment. So is yours. Cursing and calling people
names isn't helping anyone.

Grammar doesn't mean sh.t here. You understand what they are saying. For as
long as I've been coming her you have been bad mouthing people, who made you
the queen bee?  Try being nice to people for a change, or is that beyond
you?  They are here for help, not an English lesson.

I'll bet you can even read this

Thanks anyway....I was hoping someone here might've known somewhere that
still sells them....
The Smint store has closed on this website, however I did write and am
waiting for a reply.

I tried using Babelfish to translate what you just said, but no
luck...

Are you aware that staying in ketosis for over two weeks leads to the
intensity dropping off to the point that others can't tell?  So nothing
actually needs to be done except to let the normal sequence of
events happen.

As usual with small candies, the zero is from rounding down.
