Hi, Everyone,

The SBD worked great for me the first time, but then Halloween rolled
around and, well, I was foolish.  So I gained back everything.

Now I'm trying really hard to get back to where I was, but it seems
that, no matter how carefully I eat or how much I excercise, I am not
losing weight.

Has anyone had a similar expeirence?  Does the SBD not work the second
time around?

thanks

If the diet is scientifically sound, there is no reason why it would "not
work the second time around." Think about it. You are doing something in a
different way.
