Has anyone heard of this: www.bestlifedietprogram.com I guess it's
Bob
Greene's new best life diet program... He's Oprah's fitness weight
loss trainer. Worth the money do you think? I need to lose about 65
pounds (I'm 265, 5"11) I want to be at most 200 lbs although I'm sure
even that's too big.

I've been told I carry it well, but I am really starting to notice
all
this belly fat myself. I've tried something called the soup diet
before and it didn't go well. I lost about 5 pounds and that's it!

Anyways, I'm sorry to bug anyone, I am new here so I'll take a look
around and see what everyone says about different diets, etc that
actually work!

Take care everyone, and thanks for letting me babble a bit! I'll be
back!

When people tell you that "you carry it well" it means they are searching
for something---anything to say other than telling you the truth. The Atkins
diet is more of a way of eating for the rest of your life. It is NOT a
quickie weight loss fix that you can do for a month and then forget.
Basically, it weans you off of sugar and simple carbohydrates and teaches
you to select better food. You will be freakin' surprised how much of a hold
sugar has on your life!
