I posted earlier this week about nighttime leg cramps. I tried potassium
and calcium and so far no improvement. I can't do magnesium because of the
side effects. My dad said "what about a bar of soap under the sheets?"
And I remembered that I heard this (as a strange phenomenon) but that it is
supposed to work. So tonight I sleep with a bar of soap under the sheets by
my legs. Will report back tomorrow and let you know the results. LOL

Tara I also suffered badly from leg cramps when I started. The good
denizens here adivised me and as well as the things mentioned here, I was
advised to have vitamin B and it has worked for me. I soon know about it
if I forget to take it.

My doctor recommended Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine. I got it at
Whole Foods.
Let us know how it goes.

Well, I slept with the bar of soap under the fitted sheet and no leg cramps
last night. I still have aches and stiffness but no cramps that woke me up.
I'll try it again tonight.
