I cant believe anyone still uses this newsgroup.  The Low Carb diet
fad died years ago. Dr. Quackins is dead too.  You are all living in
the past and following a fad proven to never work.  Give it up.  LC is
DEAD.....   Get a life !!!!

I'll just have to see a specialist to find out how to put all of the 174
pounds back on.

Low Carb has obviously trapped me in a normal weight body.  How could I have
made such a mistake?

No, it's true: I was cruelly deceived by the Atkins diet.

I've sustained a 110-pound weight loss for seven years, all because
this diet made me believe it was possible.
