I do it as much for its apparent brain-enhancement as for its cardio-
vascular effects. I'm going by Seth Roberts reports

(he invented the Shangri-La diet through self-experimentation. Nothing
that a low-carber needs, but it's interesting at least.) He finds that it
improves sleep, and maybe two hours after taking it, brain quickness.
And for me there's nothing to lose, I'm happy to have a zero-ish carb,
good-tasting snack. And I take the fish oil form daily, too.
