definition. Here is mine: an idiot is a person who knowingly engages
in malevolent posting behavior intended to hurt, harass or ridicule
the posters of a regular newsgroup. They deliberately attempt to
disrupt the charter of the newsgroup because in their opinion, the
newsgroup posters are not posting the way the idiot thinks they
should. Sounds like a troll, doesn't it?

2.      What are the categories of idiots?

There are mainly two categories of idiots; Prosecutable and non
prosecutable idiots. Prosecutable idiots are those idiots who have
broken the law with their harassment, for example contacting a
poster's employer, or posting forged posting libeling a person in
other groups because of the way a person posts or causing harm to
another outside of Usenet. It matters not that a person uses their
real name for. The code regarding anonymous remailers are being
cracked everyday and the administrators of these remailers are fed up
with idiots who use their service to harass others.

The second category of idiots is those that are not prosecutable. They
are the weak, insignificant mentally deficient who poke sticks at the
regular posters and engage in the schoolyard bully approach of
expressing their indignation that you disagree with them (e.g., Jim
Ledford is one of these. Another one is Aaron Kulkis. Most trolls
fall into this category. You kill file them or respond to them at your
whim.

3.      Who are these idiots and what are their sins?

Oh boy this is the fun part :-) …Here is where the people who "say"
they don't understand why I am posting the way I do. Personally I
couldn't care less what they think. However, just in case I am wrong,
here is the list.

likeness or forge an email from his victim to deviant sex or racist
newsgroups to start trouble. He will send information found on people
who disagree with him to various newsgroups and to employers.  He will
