I have reported him to the abuse folks at gmail.com.

He uses his gmail addy millardjacobs@gmail.com as his posting addy.

We should all put it in our sig files so the piece of dogshit gets
spammed himself.

Millard Jacobs, keep your a.s away from the low carb NG.
