With Obesity on the rise and the fact that it IS a treatable disease,
weight loss can be and IS a very difficult thing to do. I personally
have lost over 100 poounds and 15 inches off my waist in the last 10
months. I have written a blog that talks about how I did it. I also
have come up with the Top 10 reasons why people have a hard time
loosing weight. Go check it out at:

Any credibility you are trying to achieve is hindered by your use of the word
"loosing". The definition of that word is here:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/Loosing
"Loosing" weight isn't what people want to do. Try and find the correct usage
using the correct variation of the word "lose" and you'll do better with your
intended audience.
I read some of your blog and got to the point you are trying to make about
eating a little pizza and not the whole thing.
For most people, that simply isn't an alternative. It is better to just not eat
any pizza at all.
