Hi everyone,

I'm very glad i subscribed to this group, there are a lot of
information here, if you ignore some stupid advertising.
I hear a lot lately about Flat Belly Diet, i even found the sassy
water recipe for free somewhere on the net.
My question is: has anyone here try it?Is it really work?

My only experience with diets is green tea diet and some unsuccessful
low carb low fat diet attempts.

I would appreciate any feedback.
Thank you,
Laura

Oh, the blog where i found the sassy water recipe is here:

> Hi everyone,

Hello, are you the new spammer? I see that you have the same IS address
as the person posting to the Wordpress Blog you claim to have just
happened to have found.

Do you really think that people are that gullible?

No, it won't work. There is no such thing as a diet that will tone
muscles and a flat belly only comes with low body fat and good muscle tone.

All diets that change the ratio of energy in to energy expended will
work. It is dieter's who don't work. Some diets are healthier and more
pleasant that others, but if you burn more energy and eat less, you have
to lose weight.

You don't know very much about diets and yet you are promoting a diet
blog. Sad.

Find a cosmetic surgeon and have them suck all your fat out and then
get skin reduction surgery for the loose skin left over. You'll feel
like a million bucks and won't have to diet and torture yourself like
most of those idiots you see in gyms for 2 hours a day.

Humans have lived millions of years and SUDDENLY we need to exercise 2
hours a day in a gym?  Sorry but that is total sh.t.

Our ancestors also didn't 'diet'. They ate what they wanted as often
as they wanted to eat it. Gee, wonder how humans survived till today?

You will DIE one day. Your genetics will control HOW and WHEN you will
die. All the dieting and exercise in the world cannot reverse your
genetic code.

But go ahead and waste your time and money thinking you can fight
genetics.

No, what his total sh.t is your knowledge of health and fitness.

For all those millions of years that you are referring to, humans did
not have McDonald's and Kentucky fried chicken, cheap high carb, bad fat
food, and sufficient disposable income to indulge in it.

To repeat what I said yesterday, you really are an idiot!

Some of them with intellectually-challenged offspring, as you so ably
illustrate.

It is only in recent times that the human race actually has a daily
surplus of available food. In some Third World countries where there are
food shortages, the people are thin and very similar to those you are
referring to in our past. They are not healthy, and do not have a long
life expectancy.

> You will DIE one day. Your genetics will control HOW and WHEN you will
> die.

No, I will control how and when I die. At least I will have some degree
of say in controlling it. People like you won't.

It isn't necessary to reverse a genetic code, it is simply necessary to
allow our bodies to be healthy, not over indulge to the extent that we
damage our bodies.

> But go ahead and waste your time and money thinking you can fight
> genetics.

The only people fighting genetics are the chronically obese. Our bodies
were not genetically designed to be obese, our joints were not designed
to permanently carry a high level of excess weight. Our hearts were not
designed to power a body permanently carrying such a huge weight. Our
metabolism was not designed for the consumption of huge amounts of
processed carbohydrates and modified fats.

I will say goodbye now, as it is very apparent you are unlikely to be
around for long. I do not know how old you are, but I suspect that I am
already much older than you. Regardless, I am fairly sure that I will
still be here long after you have gone. Unless you manage to wake up to
yourself.

That's because exercise was a natural part of their life.
