FIRST I wish to apologize to all those I have offended and/or made
angry about the Low Carb topic.

After some therapy sessions I have learned the reason I don't like
low-carb is because it's hard work. I also learned that I deep inside
hate myself for weighing so very much right now.

I passed 400 pounds about one month ago and my depression and sorrows
have overcome me. I posted like crazy because I thought it would make
me feel better and superior to everyone proposing a low carb
lifestyle.

I now realize that people here are legitimately looking for ways to
help others and too get help with loosing weight. I hope and pray that
most or all of you can find it in your hearts to forgive me as I was
in a trance of anger and self loathing.

Thanks and I hope we can bury the hatchet.

On UseNet your account's posting history is who you are.
You well know that history is a troll.  That includes posts
as recent as a few minutes before this one.  "When you're
in a hole the first thing to do is stop digging."

> Thanks and I hope we can bury the hatchet.

The way to do that is to start making posts that have a positive
contribution instead of a negative one.

Low carb isn't really hard work.  Eating right is more work than grabbing
fast food all the time, but it will also save you money.  I can whip up a
low carb meal in less than a half hour though I do have some things that
take longer.

Unfortunately it takes a heart attack to wake some people up!

If they don't start to get moving today, what is the alternative?
