Hey folks,
I'm doing Atkins (again) and I'd like to know if taking fat burner pills
that include things like green tea would be dangerous.
Please let me know your opinions.
   Thanks.

Anything is dangerous if you take it to an extreme.

While green tea is not going to hurt anyone, the Atkins diet is
extremely dangerous, which is why very few people still follow it.  It
was a fad several years ago.  It ruined the health of many.  Now it's
just promoted as a money maker for the Atkins institute who will
gladly take your money regardless of the risk to your health.

I'm sure the green tea is fine, it's the other things that no one can tell
you about unless we know what they are.  Actually the best fat burner is
exercise.

Are you asking about Green Tea extract pills?

Save your money,  just drink green tea twice a day, same effect!!!!!

Thanks everybody.  By the way, does the green tea have to be hot or can it
be iced?

I've heard that burning body fat is the explanation for spontaneous human
combustion.

Consider this - While in ketosis the body is *already* burning fat.
Any chemicals intended to force a body into burning fat will have
been intended for folks on low fat high carb diets not burning fat
and not low carb.  There's as much a chance that it will hurt as
it will help.

Green tea is fine.  "Things like", no idea what that means so it
could be anything from a serious problem to cool sounding
harmless stuff.
